CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS

Any cancellation or modification of a stay must be notified in writing to Voyages C. Mathez by e-mail or telephone:

*For cancellations received before September 27, 2024 included: your full payment will be refunded less a penalty of €15 per room cancelled, retained as cancellation fees.

*For cancellations received on or after September 28, 2024: no refund will be made for any reason whatsoever.

 

- On arrival, the hotel will ask for a credit card imprint to guarantee any extras. 
- In the event of early departure, the full amount of the nights booked may be charged by the hotel.
- Should you leave the hotel prior the official departure day: the total amount of the nights booked will be charged.
